1 yrfrom empty page to an enterprise AI function, its governance adopted as group policy
Research gave me the depth; Philips taught me enterprise scale; Fakeeh let me build the whole thing — strategy, governance and production systems — from an empty page, inside one of the most regulated industries there is.
I still write the architecture.

Architecture
Turning fragmented payer policy into a cited decision layer
Nineteen payers, conflicting rules, and a requirement that every answer trace back to source language. Chose retrieval with grounded citation over fine-tuning, so policy changes never require retraining — and so a reviewer can always see why.

Building an AI function designed to outlast its founder
Risk-tiered intake, review, release and monitoring across procured and internally built AI, adopted as group policy. Two demand streams, an assessment pathway platformed in-house, and portfolio decisions made on ownership economics: build where the asset compounds, buy where it does not.

Stopping a clinical AI before it reached patient data
Vendor assurance identified a clinical system operating without the regulatory registration it required, and paused it ahead of go-live. Three further vendor models were placed on hold. Governance is only real at the moment it costs someone something.
